Human design is made up of several key systems and elements that blend together to create a unique blueprint of your energy, decision-making, and highest expression. It’s like a synthesis of science, spirituality, and ancient wisdom. The Core Systems Integrated in Human Design are Astrology, the I Ching, The Kabbalah (Tree of Life), the Chakra System, and Quantum Physics & Genetics.

Essentially, we’ll cover:

  2. What beliefs or blocks (conditioning) are holding you back

  3. How to return to your unique rhythm—what I call succease (success + ease)

  • There are five aura, or energy, types.

    MANIFESTOR: The trailblazers, the firestarters, the ones who were never meant to ask for permission. You're here to initiate, disrupt, and move fast—while the rest of the world catches up. Bold energy. Big impact. Zero apologies.

    GENERATOR: The powerhouse creators with energy that’s magnetic when lit up. You’re here to do what lights you up—and when you do, you don’t just get things done, you spark life into everyone around you. Satisfaction is your superpower. Burnout? Only when you forget you're the engine and the fire.

    MANIFESTING GENERATOR: The multi-passionate dynamos built for speed, pivots, and breaking all the linear rules. You're here to move fast, skip steps, and make magic while multitasking. Efficiency is your love language—and when you're lit up, you're unstoppable. Don’t let the world tell you to “pick one lane”—you are the lane.

    PROJECTOR: The wise guides and seers with the gift of seeing what others can’t. You're not here to hustle—you're here to direct the energy, not be the energy. Your magic? Spot-on insights, deep wisdom, and the ability to elevate everything you’re invited into. Wait for the invitation, then own the room.

    REFLECTOR: The cosmic mirrors of the collective, here to reflect truth, amplify clarity, and show us who we really are. You’re not here to be the world—you’re here to feel it, dance with it, and wisely reflect it back. Unpredictable? Only to those who don’t understand magic. You’re lunar-powered, fluid, and divinely designed to surprise us all.

  • Strategy and Authority are the dynamic duo that guide how you navigate the world and make decisions in a way that aligns with your true self.

    • Strategy is your go-to method for interacting with the world. It’s how you best engage with life’s opportunities, people, and situations, ensuring you're moving in the flow and not against it.

    • Authority is your inner compass—how you're designed to make decisions that are correct for you.

    MANIFESTORS – Inform before you act

    Manifestors are here to initiate and take action, but the key to success is letting others know what you're about to do before you do it. By informing those around you, you create smooth energy flow and reduce resistance.

    GENERATORS – Respond

    Generators are designed to respond to life as it comes to them. Instead of initiating, you wait for opportunities to show up (often in the form of external cues or requests). Once you feel a “yes” deep within (a gut response), you can dive in with all your energy and create something amazing.

    MANIFESTING GENERATORS – Respond and inform

    Like Generators, Manifesting Generators respond to life, but with the added twist of needing to inform others before they act (like Manifestors). You can jump between projects and make things happen fast—just make sure you're following your gut response and keeping others in the loop.

    PROJECTORS – Wait for the invitation

    Projectors are here to guide others, but they can’t push themselves onto anyone. Your strategy is to wait for an invitation to share your wisdom and insights. When you’re recognized and invited in, you’ll be in the perfect position to offer your value.

    REFLECTORS – Wait a full lunar cycle (28 days)

    Reflectors are here to mirror the world around them, and they need time to process what’s going on before making big decisions. Your strategy is to wait a full lunar cycle (about 28 days) before making major life decisions, so you can tune into your environment and feel things out before taking action.

  • A Not-Self Theme is the emotional or energetic state that arises when you’re not living in alignment with your true design. It’s a sign that you’re off-track and operating outside of your authentic self. Each energy type has its own Not-Self Theme, which helps you recognize when you're out of flow and need to realign with your Strategy and Authority.

    • MANIFESTERS experience anger when they’re not informing others or initiating in the right way.

    • GENERATORS feel frustration when they’re not responding to life or engaging in things that don't light them up.

    • MANIFESTING GENERATORS experience frustration (like Generators) and anger (like Manifestors) when they’re not responding or informing.

    • PROJECTORS feel bitterness when they’re not being invited or recognized for their guidance.

    • REFLECTORS experience disappointment when they’re not allowing themselves time to reflect and process before making decisions.

  • • 60 minute overview of your Human Design, focusing on your type, strategy, authority, and “not self” theme
    • Coaching around belief systems (ie your conditioning) that prohibits you from fully living your design
    • Actionable and integrative steps to bring forth your design into your life long after our session
    • A report emailed to you after our session with notes from our time together as well as an overview of your type, strategy, authority, and not self theme.

  • Jenny has such a gift. So many of us through our life have been told our emotions are a hindrance, and while I’ve still shamed myself for emotions when they pop up.
