What I collect:

  • Info you give me: like your name + email if you subscribe, book a session, or fill out a form.

  • Info gathered automatically: like site traffic, time spent on a page, clicks, etc. via cookies + Squarespace analytics.

What I do with it:

  • Use it to communicate with you (like sending coaching call links or occasional emails you actually opted into).

  • Improve the site, offerings, and user experience.

  • Keep things functional + helpful.

What I don’t do:

  • Sell, rent, or trade your personal info. Ever.

  • Creep on you.

  • Share your data with third parties unless required by law or it’s essential to the service (like a payment processor).

You can unsubscribe from emails anytime, or contact me to access/delete your data. Your boundaries matter here.
